Today, GS visited the Postal DIrectorate and met with concerned officers on the above subject. It has come to the notice of the CHQ that CAT, Ernakulam judgement is still under examination in the Department. File having certified copy of the judgement is likely to be sent to the Secretary, Department of Expenditure, MOF (Ist Respondent) with opinion of the Department for final decision in the matter shortly.
