Reply:- Further information as called for by Circle Office has been submitted on 14.7.2011. Orders from Circle Office are awaited. Item to be taken up in C.O.

Item No.2 :- Provision of justified and better accommodation for housing Sub-Divisional Offices of Ongole South and Ongole West. The proposed accommodation at Ongole HO is insufficient to accommodation both the Sub-Divisional offices.
Reply:- Provision is made in proposed D.O. building to accommodating Sub-Divisional Offices. SPOs search for some land purchase for providing Dept. Buildings.
Item No.3 :- Request to re-allot the inspections of vacant sub-divisions manned by additional charge to neighbouring Sub-Divisions in the year beginning itself among the IPs/ASPs working in the Division, so that the IP/ASP who is holding additional charge can concentrate on administrative & RPLI/BD targets of the vacant sub-divisions. Example :- IP, Macherla etc.
Reply:- Action will be taken as asked.

Item No.1 :- Request to cause necessary action to implement the Transfer orders issued to Inspector Posts – Case of Sri S.R.K.H.Prasad, IP, Palamaneer(Kurnool Region) who was posted as IP, Nellore West on reallotment to Vijayawada Region three months back vide RO, VJA lr.No.ST-I/IP/RT/2011 Dated 19.4.2011. Relief was not provided so far. The IP is having school going children and the schools are reopened already one and half month back.
Reply:- PMG, Kurnool Region has been addressed on 18.7.2011 to arrange relief. Item to be taken up with C.O.

Item No.2 :- Providing of better RCC roof accommodation for IP Eluru South and North Sub Division Offices. At present, they functioning from a sheet roof accommodation.
Reply:- PMG will visit and decide.
Item No.3 :-Non-payment of broad band charges to the Sub-Division IPs/ASPs. In many Divisions monthly BB charges are not being paid citing the reasons of non availability of funds. Ex:- Guntur Division. Kindly cause allotment of sufficient funds to Divisions to meet this expenditure.
Reply:- Suitable instructions will be issued. Though funds are not available, amount to be paid.
