On the eve of transfer of Smt Sharda Sampath, Postmaster General Visakhapatnam region to West Bengal Circle as PMG Calcutta City region, Officers & IP/ASP association arranged farewell to the Madam on 05-06-2011 at Conference hall, R.O , Visakhapatnam.
