It is ascertained from the authorities of CMC which is conducting Departmental Examinations of Dept of Posts that the Inspector Post Examination and LGO Examination scheduled to be held on 03/04-09-2011 are likely to be postponed to a later date. Further they informed orally that the proposal of postponement of these two Examinations was sent to Postal Directorate from CMC side and the final decision of the Directorate is yet to be known and is expecting by today evening.

General Conditions:
1. No reallotment requests will be considered within a period of one year. Leave
taken during this period will not be counted for calculation of one year period for
considering requests for reallotments.
2. Appointment is conditional to the Officer’s placement in the designated Circle.
3. It is the officer’s responsibility to send a copy of the charge reort on assumption of charge on the promoted post to Director (Staff) for record purpose.
4.If there are grievances regarding seniority or any other complaiant, representations, if any should be made within 15 days from the date of issue of this order.

Vigilance/Disciplinary case, if any:
In case any Vigilance/Disciplinary case of the type referred to in OM No.22011/2/86-Estt(A) dated 12.01.88 from DOP&T circulated vide Directorate Lr.No.25-19/88-SPG dated 04.05.88 (subsequently) revised vide DOP&T Memo No.22022/4/91-Estt(A) dated 14.09.92 circulated vide Directorate Lr.No.25-19/88-SPG dated 13.10.92 is pending, against the officer, he should not be relieved for posting without obtaining specific orders from Directorate. If any punishment is current, he should not be promoted before expiry of currency of punishment. A report in this regard may be submitted to Circle office immediately.
Probation Period:
The above officer who has been promoted to the Postal Service Group 'B' will be on probation for two years and the suitability to hold this post will be adjudged on completion of two years of probation. If the officer proceeds on leave for a period exceeding 30 days during this period, the probation period will be extended depending on the period of leave.
Training The officer is directly promoted to Postal Service Group 'B' without any training for the present. However, he will have to undergo the prescribed training as and when notified by Director, PSCI, Ghaziabad. A copy of the certificate given by the Director, PSCI, Ghaziabad on successful completion of training should be forwarded to the Director (Staff) for record.
Option for fixation of Pay:
If the officer wishes to give option for choosing date for fixation of pay under FR-22(1)(a)(1), he should do so within one month from the date of promotion.
