It is my expression with full of heart since in my 38 years of service, so far I have spent 29 years of service as a Steno and have a good association and relation with many postal officers, ASPs & I.Ps and I also believe that in particular ASPs & I.Ps are pillars to the divisions and on account of their dedicated service administration prospers.
